Meet Yana, a spiritual seeker from Russia who embarked on a transformative journey in 2019. It was then when she decided to leave the US and headed to the serene Lake Atitlan. During her stay, she immersed herself in various spiritual practices, exploring the depths of meditation and self-discovery. However, it was the powerful technique of Shadow work that resonated with her the most.
Since then, Yana has dedicated herself to mastering and sharing this potent practice with others. She now conducts immersive Shadow work workshops, guiding individuals towards their innermost truths and helping them heal from past traumas. Through her teachings, Yana empowers people to embrace their shadows, confront their fears, and tap into their full potential.

The play-shop on inner child and shadow work will start with a sacred Cacao ceremony, allowing us to establish a mindful intention as we prepare to delve into the depths of our emotional selves.
